Dear sir,
i have given my vehicle swift vxi KA08M 1781 for removing the dent on quater panel, the mandovi service persons in kolar assured me to homedeliver the vehicle in 2 days, i kept on calling the concerned people, they started daily postponing it then after listning to the stories, i decided to take the vehicle personally and visited the service station on 22/05 ar 9:30 am, after seeing me uday (employee) told that sir u please wait near the cash counter i will get the vehicle in 5 mins you can take AFTER THE CASHIER REPORTS FOR BILLING, i told ok, but IT WAS DELAYED FOR AN HOUR when i entered the service station, i was shocked to see they are changing my vehicles left head light, front bumper, mud flaps etc with some other vehicle i recorded this in my mobile phone, i opposed for changing the parts with out my consent, then they warned me ATLEAST SIR U WANT UR VEHICLE ARE NOT, THEY TRIED TO MANHANDLE ME AND MY FRIEND, then they forced me to write a satisfactory letter and sign it after that they delivered the vehicle without cleaning even the painting stains in the seat cover, i tried to complain this things to area manager but no proper response.please tell me what should i do now
should i take the media support / file a case on the service station for loss of trust in authorised service station
