Non payment of monthly sum

Hi,

My Name is Sudhir Sasikumar Nair. I had invested Rs. 81, 000 in Nov in this company for a tenure of One year. My meber ID # M912-00783. I have not recived any payment till date. The payment is pending since Dec. My contact details are epicsudhir@rediffmail.com & can be contaced at 0-9867373237.

I did try to call up their Dadar office. But nobody is picking up the call. I make sure I do dial up the numbers 022-65271133 & 022-65270999. The number are busy or they do not pick up the call. I am really tensed & furstared with the money I have invested.

Last month in Feb i did get a call stating that the payment will be relaesed for three months (Dec- Jan & Feb) till Feb end. But nothing of that sort happened.

Kindly advise wether I can take any legal action against them.
