Extra Charges

Hi,

This is to bring into your knowledge that yesterday I booked your cab services from Mayapuri to Defence Colony. The bill amount came Rs.279/- as per the meter (i.e 22.9 kms (as per my estimates distance is 16 to 17 K.M. as I used to drive the same way) with 50 Rs. Of AC) but the driver has charged Rs.50/- extra (i.e.total Rs.330/-).

When i called the driver (Mr. Dinesh, Cab No: DL 1 RT 0865) afterwards to clarify, he said Rs.50/- was the gifted amount, I said no amount was gifted that was taken by you by making me confused, then he said I will adjust in next pickup as I told him I will take cab for tomorrow also.

Yesterday night I called him up for today’s booking, but he didn’t respond well, so I called up customer care no. 01163636363 at 21:17 for booking and his complaint.

I made a complaint call to the customer care no. of Mango Cabs and spoke to executive, he confirmed that the extra amount of Rs.50/- will be deducted from my next service charges. But today when i asked for the adjustment of that amount, driver (Mr. Kamal, Cab No: 9057, Booking Id: 93871) said it is not possible and will be adjusted only when the same driver will be coming for the service.

Today when i booked the cab for the same (Mayapuri to Defence colony (same destination)), the amount came to Rs.220/- (with AC) and the total distance was 17kms. So that means yesterdays driver charged me extraordinarily, one for 6.5 kilometres and one Rs. 50 unnecessarily.

Unnecessarily charging... Claiming Rs.10/km and charging much extra.
