Delivery not Given in Time

I am subscriber of Manimajara Gas Agency from last 10 years. Now a days I am facing problem related to delivery, My consumer number is 23160. I have booked my cylinder on dated 24/03. When connected the office on dated 7-04, they assure me that supply will be given on dated 10-04. Today i.e 12-04 when my connected to suppliers, he said that the your booking is cancelled due to non arability of any person at home for two days, whereas my wife staying whole time at home, even she connected the same person on dated 10-04, he said your delivery will be given tomorrow or day after tommorow. When connected to delivery boy, he said that we visit for delivery on Sunday, but today when I contact with their office, they said that delivery ticket given to delivery boy on dated 11-05 i.e on Wednesday. The same type of drama happen in last delivery, that time also they cancelled my booking and I rebook the cylinder got the same. At that time I think may be we are somewhere, when he visit for delivery. Today I again book my cylinder through VRS and my booking number is 200135. You are requested to sove the same
