Observation regarding vehicle damage

I manoj kumar nayak recieved my bike from ur bluedart, berhampur, branch on dt-03.02.2012. consinged no-50161668911. while recieving my bike i got some damages. i gave alredy the estimate cost of damage to the berhampur branch on 07.02.2012 at the time ur brnach office man told me that u get ur estimate money with in 45 days. now i did not get my money back & ur berhampur also harshed me saying that u get ur money from where u send ur bike means ambala branch. sir plz considered this case immdaitely. i am send also the estimat cost & my pre letter attched with. this attched copy also i sended to sthkur before of ambala branch.
