Urn out of clutch plate

My swift dzire zxi model is only 10 monts old has run for only 2475 kms. on the intervening nite of 3-4 sept'2010 (at about 12 o'clock), when i was coming back from banguluru airport, i smelt burning smell. i stopped the vehicle and on checking found that clutch plate has been burnt out. my car was unable to move anymore. i tried to call on maruti 24 hr help line no but didn't get any response from that no. no body was picking the phone. somehow with the help of one of my friend i managed to contact one towing service and with their help only i could reach at my home at 3 o'clock.

This is very embarrasing that my new car which has barely run for 2475 kms broken down and i got stuck in the midnight with my family and didn't get any help from maruti help line nos.

This is really shameful for the esteemd company like maruti which faild to provide value for money service both in terms of quality product and emergency service.

i request that the officials should look into this matter and should compensate for their failure to come upto their proclaimed value for money promises.
