Delay In Accident Repairs

Dear Sirs,

My Maruthi 800 Ac car (KL-7-BF-5616) was given to AGT, Omalloor, Pathanamthitta for accidental repair on 7th August. All the insurance clearence and approval for damage repair was given to them by 10th August. They assured to give the car within 20-25 days. Now it is been noticed that the vehicle is not ready even after a months period and will take another 5-10 days according to the service supervisor.

I will be much obliged your immediate action to get it fixed as soonest as possible.
