Wrong commitment & very poor service

Dear Sir,

when i had bought the car company people have told me that they will replace the parts if its damaged but now when the parts are dammaged they are taking out the old parts of other cars and fitting it in other cars.

My door flap was having a crack as the quality of plastic was poor moreover the part that they have replaced was very dirty.

3rd time my vehicle got serviced and it n every time they made my car dirty instead of cleaning it.

The dealer SKY in raipur services are very poor to my satisfaction.
