Bad service

Sir,

I am AJITHKUMAR Who bought a MARUTHI A STAR PARADISE BLUE (KL-47A 6787) Which is on sept 1st after compleating its first service I noticed the bonet, door, roof are full of permanet stain of black, they (SAI SERVICE Moonupeedika Kaipamangalam) tried their level best to remove this But they couldn t then I Iodge a complaint to The service manager when she said to me that they will re attach new parts to my car and make that all cleared in before november 1st 2010 but it didn t yet.so do my demand at the maximam effect and I hope I will be hounered by yourself.
