False promise at the time of booking

Sir/Madam,

I was approached Indus Motors Vadakara for doing a booking for Swift Dzire VDI model (WHITE). I made the booking on July 21th after he promised me that I am going to get the vehicle in DECEMBER. Even though it is SEVEN months no body is answering when I am going to recieve my vehicle. I tried complaing at Maruti and still no use. No body bothers to call me back or answers my question. I would like the dealer to give my booked vehicle at the earliest. I would like the dealers not to make false promises to customers from hereon. full amount paid on booking time
