Maruthi Gas co : HSR layout
Not giving 2nd connection from last 3 month

From last 3 month, I am visiting Maruthi Gas Co for my 2nd HP gas connection. Everytime, they are denying there is no available connections. There is no proper reason for that. And the way of communication is very rude. I can't understand wht is the problem of them. Please help.
