I have faced a similar issue with A1 books; I don't know why they have kept their name as A1 Books? I had selected a book on June 16 worth Rs.148/- and sent them a Demand Draft of the full amount with a complete address for depatch. Today, over 2 months have passed and I have not received the book yet. On enquiring with them, they claim that the price is now revised and they cannot process the order until I pay the difference. Why did they hold the DD for so long, if they did not want to process the order? They are a shameless company for returning my order, after keeping my money for 2 months. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...
