Maruthi Indane Gas Agency in Anna Nagar
Delay & Customer harassment!

I am having a Consumer No. 63193 with the Marithi Indane Gas Agency, Anna Nagar, Ambattor OT Road, Chennai. I booked for Gas cylinder on 11.05.2011 with Refill Booking number 213225 and CashMemo NO: 5545 throu auto Gas Booking mechine. I have got one slip from Maruthi saying that Thay came for delivery and return back due to Door Locked on 12-May.

And I called (26154243, 26154244) the Agency and aked to delever it on Saturday, They said the person already went out so, we cant deleiver it today, we'll delever it on sunday or Monday, I told them clearly If you are delevering it on monday we'll not be available every one will be going to office. So You deliver it on Sunday itself. They said Ok again if it is not deliver it on Sunday we'll deliver it on Monday definitly. Than I aked one of my close relative to receive the Gas Clynder at my home and he stayied at home whole day for todays (ie. On Monday-16-05 and Tuesday-17-05). But no one was came to home for Clynder delivery. Than I Asked my relative to go back to their home.

Though I called 5 Times to the Agency on Monday mornig & Tuesday Morning and I asked to deliver it, there will be a person to receive it. But it is not happend. Due to this He loast his business. Totally we lost all. Still now we are not received the Cylinder.

Like this they are not Delivering the Cylinder on right time. They are keep on delaying, If it goes like this for few more days, we will not be able to cook at home, We need to go to hotel to take food. This is unnecessary expense and unhealthy too.

I Request you to take necessary action on this issue.
