Sub: Expecting the permanent solution to my MARUTHI OMNI LPG Problem.
Dear Sir,
My Name is R.RAGHUNATH, and I Purchased MARUTHI OMNI LPG in the year 2007. In RNS MMOTORS, Bangalore.

In the beginning (in - 2008) I faced Stating Problem in my vehicle, after so many letters and complaints lodged to the company, RNS MOTORS Bangalore changed some part and problem is solved.
Afterwards I am leaving my vehicle to TRINTY CAR CARE PVT. LTD. (MARUTI AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION) For service.
But at present once again I am facing the stating problem.
Let me explain in detail, from past one year my vehicle gets SWITCHED OFF in LPG Reserve condition (As soon as the Gas Level comes to Reserve mode). once again I have to start the engine. Even in this Reserve mode if GEAR comes to Neutral when I has to change the gear due to speed then also it gets switched off. Because of this I am facing lot of problem in Bangalore traffic.
I informed about my vehicle problem to TRINITY CAR CARE PVT. LTD. Service Advisors Mr. Manjunath (Mob: 9686191092), Mr. Jagadeesh and also to Customer care officer (Manager) many times. For time being they will attend the problem and after some days I have to face the same problem in Bangalore traffic, because of this I was scolded by Bangalore public as well as by Bangalore police too.
Last month (21 Jan-12) I left my vehicle for service then also I informed about the problem to above mentioned Service advisers, even though problem is not solved/rectified. For your kind notice I am attaching the service bill.
I am requesting the concern person take necessary action to solve my problem permanently.
