I am very disappointed that i have given my SWIFT VDI car for servicing in your servicing center in manjeri (MANJERI AM MOTORS SERVICE CENTER). After my car service they were supposed to do wheel ALIGNMENT, which they haven't done, due to which both the front tyres have gone completely just before 8000 km. A normal tyre gives a mileage of 35000km.but due to your service centre mistake i lost a lot of money. I have contacted the service centre and they are saying they are gonna give half the money. It is a 100 percent mistake from them they are supposed to compensate for this as per my satisfaction. If i am not getting a resolution for this properly i am planning to go to OMBUDSMAN
