Maruthi suzuki swift ZXI Red
Delivery of car and Brand new

Hi,

We ordered New Red Maruthi Swift Zxi at VARUN MOTORS PVT LTD D No .48-17-4/1, Ring road Vijaywada 0866 - 2545053 on November 23rd

with the assurance of delivering on 21st January.

On 10th January they intimated that they couldn't deliver red, but they can give White. We strictly said we need red by 21st.

Later they said it is in transport and will be coming by 27th Jan. They asked to pay the amount and after we paid everything, they are now saying

it's not in transport and there is a 2ns sale red sift and asking to take for 5.10 L

I looked to purchase a brand new car, but they are trying to sell me a 2nd sale.

This is the 3rd case which i am hearing and happened even to some of my friends.

I don't know how stupids the sales people in Maruthi. Maruthi suzuki doesn't have any ethics. Is this the way to behave with the customers.

Where is the customer satisfication. In search of false demand, they are loosing their customers.

Here after i never recommend to my friends and people i know to go for maruthi suzuki.

They might success for a litte time by tis type of fraudness, but in the long run, it's going to effect the name. That's for sure

I am completly dissatisfied with this kind of idoitic behaviour and please do not go for this kind of false things.

Is this the way maruthi suzuki says 3 lakh cars sold in 1 year... It's funny
