Advance money no replacing

Dear sir.

I booking one Maruti Swift DZiRE last two weeks before from AVG motors Kottayam. but they are telling it will take 3-4 weeks. l given advance Rs 50000. But after that they telling it will take more than 45 days. so l canceled my booking. l return my advance money. But they are give back only Rs 49000 only. Actuly advance cash only Rs 50 .

Please immedetly reply my matter.
