I have given my vehicle[AP20 Q1888] for paid service at khammam dealer THE MITHRA AGENCIES the job card no: JC09003625 dated 272 for changing of engine oil and oil filter .no oil filter has been changed.

no air pressure was checked before doing balancing so the balancing was not properly done i request to enquire and take necessary steps
