Subject: Complaint against the problem I face since I bought the car from your dealer showroom.

Hello Sir,

My brother had recently (in the month June) bought a SWIFT VDI (KL 13 W 5679) car from your dealer showroom in Kannur – Popular Vehicles.

I wanted to bring into your kind attention on one of the issue I face the time I bought the car from your showroom. The clutch gets stuck all the time and it takes a long time to release the clutch. I had also taken the service showroom and even after several attempt to correct the issue I still face the same issue.

Would you please look into the matter and let me know as to how to rectify.
