Delay in Delivery

Dear Sir,

I booked Swift ZDI ON September. While booking we were informed that the delivery will be by the end of November or december. We were on urgent need as the car was supposed to be one as a gift for my sister's marriage. then they informed that due to strike the delivery will be late by about one month or so.. fine. But about two weeks before we were informed that the delivery will be in 5 days and we took DD and is still waiting but the load has not reached it seems. What problems can it be in transportation or are they trying to fool the customers. We are really fed up running behind the sales executives in showrooms and now we have to pay the interest of our loan without gettig the vehicle. please be a little responsible in maintaining words with customers and let the transportation be a little quiker so that this may not happen to atleast others.
