MARUTHI SX4 VDI WHITE
BOOKING DELAY

I am Abraham from Koothattukulam, Kerala. I booked a maruthi suzuki SX4 VDi white on 11/03 from popular maruthi Perumbavoor, and i booked the car for my daughter as a wedding gift.

On that date the executive "Gibin" promised me that they will give the vehicle within 12 days from the date of booking,

and the executive collected the booking amount of Rs.50000

from me, and i did the other arrangements for the marriage. He cheated me and he couldn't gave the car.

after 15 days the executive told me that he need 1 more week,

and now its almost 3 months .and now he telling me that he will give the vehicle after 1 more month.

now im paying the second installment of car's finance in state bank of Travancore, and now iam suffering mental harassment from the family.

This is due to the irresponsibility of the executive and very poor service of popular maruti.they are cheating the customers by giving offers and they can't fulfill that.

This will decrease the goodwill of the company and the customers will start thinking about another brand. So u people must consider this as a serious issue and must do serious action against this kind of behavior.
