Sir,
I am unnikrishnan from alappuzha, kerala, working as senior manager in a leading insurance company.
I had given my wagan R bearing no KL-04/ W-8598 to popular vehicles and services ltd, kayamkulam service centre on 8/12 for periodic service . about 8 or 9 months back the car was there for painting works. But they done their job carelesly and i informed the customercare manager immediately.
So they promissed me that they will rectify the problems. As per my profile I cant do my job with out a car I personally request them to clear the job with in 3 or 4 days and they agreed.
But unfortunatly till date ididnt get my car. they are saying somany reasons for that.
As a customer they didnt call me unless i call them and asking about the progress.
Because of the delay in getting my vehicle i suffered a lot and I lossed my buisiness last month.
My yearly buisiness closing happened on 31st dec. and i missed out my incentives.
These things happened only because of the mear negligence of the concerned people in that organisation.
This is my first four wheeler and i brought this only because of the availability of the parts and expecting a good service from maruthi
As per me it is a serious matter and hope you will look into this matter very seriously and do the needful to compansate my lose
