Dear Sir,
My car Maruti 800 is from Rohan Motors, Dehra Doon. It was bought in Jan. It had gone for a service on 11.4.10.The problems that were there at that time were
1. Brakes overhaling
2. Vibration of the car the moment it goes over 80.
3. Wheel alignment
4. Wheel Balancing
5. Normal Service

Inside Dehrs Dun the car is not used at all. I only use it for travelling out of town n on highways.
On 20.4.10 I travelled to Delh. The car used to give a mileage of 19km per litre and 17km per litre on A.C.But to my disappointment after the service the car gave me a mileage of 13.6 km per litre on A.C.It was a plain road Delhi Jaipur highway and Agra Bikaner highway no hills at all. There was too much vibration. As the car went over 80km the steering wheel and the engine started to vibrate a lot. It was difficult to drive.
On service there was a change in spark plugs, engine oil, brake overalling, gear oil, wheel alignment and balancing as you will be able to see in the bill.
On my return on 25.4.10 I took the car back to Rohan Motors. It was a total journey of 2000kms. It was re checked but not upto my satisfaction. I am very disappointed as being Maruti being such a big brand name has such poor service. Finally I decided to sell off the car. True Value was also not able to bring out a good valuation on the car. Being a single hand driven car, installments paid on time, insured, always serviced by Rohan Motors, non-accidental with no scratches and all original parts.
I would highly appreciate if you could look into the matter at the earliest. Please get my car repaired or have it valued at a good price so that I can exchange it for some other car. I am very interested in Swift but looking at the poor service I have been given I think another brand will be better.
