MARUTI 800 AC LPG
SERVICE PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I have purchased Maruti 800 a/c Duo from Ambal auto, Trichy Road, Coimbatore on September’08. My registration number is TN 37 BB 0462.

I regularly send my car for servicing to the above dealer, who is your authorized service centre.

Last two times I send my car for servicing, I had informed to them for problem of steering to be so hard (service man noted the problem, but he was heard causally not a sincerely.).

The problem was unsolved after two services.

I have to handle the steering with some extra power and also facing severe back pain.

My above mentioned problem is still there in my Car. I am very sure that they did not checked the problem.

It’s my humble request to you for rectifying the above issue.
