Maruti 800
Non getting of noc from the financie

I have purchased a maruti 800 from the kayamkulam showroom of indus motors. they arranged a finance of Rs.1, 25, 000 from gmac financial services india ltd. in July. All the 36 postdated cheques i had given are cleared in time and the last cheque was cleared in july. Now i want an noc for transfering the vehicle. but to mysurpise i came to know that the company is not existing now. so kindly help me in getting an noc. my loan agreement no. is 1038784 (4357). as i had already sold the vehicle i have to transfer the vehicle immediately. I hope a favourable reply from you. I shall be highly thankful.
