With due respect i just want to bring to your notice the bad service of maruti authorised service center SHAURYA MOTORS near greater kailash jammu (jammu and kashmir).

our car met with an accident on 19th march and for it repairs we shifted it to shaurya motors and we were told that we will receive our car within 15 days. its about 2 months now and still we have not received anything. whenever we go there we are told that there are some spare parts missing. the car is lying in such a worse condition that it will just not be able to maintained when repaired. there is no one to tell us anything. if this is the service maruti banks on i must say its just fake and just in advertisements and papers.

we have already met with lot of loss and frustration because of this service.

i urge higher authorities that if they have time for customers then to look for such inconvenience...
