My music system panel and remote stolen when given for service

I had given my car for service to bimal auto agency situated n kanakapura road on 25 th the next day i went to receive the car my music system panel and the remote was missing, when i spoke to the service incharge he denied receiving the car along with the panel and he just ignored saying nothing can be done for what has happened and the service of the car was very bad they have just washed the car and delivered.
