Cheating in settlement of accident claim

Sir,

My vehicle Maruti 800 STD Model No. U.P 31-H-1730 got an accident with bullock-cart and damaged near Sitapur (U.P) on 08-12.The vehicle is insured with Maruti Insurance (National Insurance Co. Ltd.) P.No.60291531 dated18 March. The car was repaired by a Maruti autherised Service Station " Rohit Motors Lucknow Road Sitapur (U.P) and delivered on 17 Dec by paying the repairing charges amounting Rs.27780 in cash. The claim for the same was submitted in divisional office of National Insurance Company Ltd. Bus stand road Sitapur

On 17 Feb.2010 I received a cheque amounting Rs.12000 only. I am Quite surprised / upset to see the amount because it is very less as well as unjustified against amount paid in cash to Rohit Motors. I feel that I have been cheated by insurance company or by Rohit Motors an authorised Service station of Maruti.

I request you kindly look in to matter and give justice to me because it is not just a matter of money but cheating with a gentle customer.
