Cheating Done With Me by the Deale

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform that I was having a Zen LXI of 2000 model but this year in the month I planned to change it by exchanging Zen so for the same i talked to the authorities of Competent Motors Canaught Place, Delhi and they said that the car Zen will be sold for Rs. 80000 but on March 31 when i reached Delhi they said that they will give me only Rs. 30000 for my car and after a lot of negotiation in may requests it was maid Rs. 35000 and a lot of problem occurred. in this whole process when i reached delhi they immediately took the DD for the new car and got the new car billed in my name and at last also said that if u want to sell the Zen u can or u can take it back. I have filed Several complaints with maruti but no action has been taken for it.

I request you to kindly look into the same complaint and kindly take some immediate actions in it.
