Berkely poor service

Hi,

This is regarding 2 conerns:

1. Berkley Body shop, Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase-2: I got my car repaired for an accident with Berkley Body Shop. The work consisted of denting and painting work. I had to wait 2 Hrs to see my car in a very bad shape:

a. The vaccum and cleaning was not yet done.

b. A new dent was there which they admitted that was caused by them on newly repaired area.

c. The speakers and the trey of the car was logged with water and the speakers are damaged.

d. I had to stand there and get my car cleaned and to my surprise, the car was being cleaned in an area which had no tube-light provision. One could hardly see any thing in the dark (Is this what I am charged for??? how are open vendors bad than Berkley)

2. Got My car's alignment and Balancing of wheels done at Berkley Service center:

a. The car still drifts to left side while driving.

b. There is a noice when you drive (coming through wheels). Although the car was test rided by one of their executive (How did he approve the car for delivery, the noise is loud and Obvious)

Finally I have made my mind to never bring the car back to berkley.

Maruti: If you are reading this.. please take action. Berkley is spoiling the image that you want to create through advertisements like (Wherever your car goes (to different vendors), it is best taken care of at Maruti servise station)
