Did not receive the second of ca

I purchased the new ALTO car from Palarivattom Popular. I did not get the second key of the car.

On the day of delivery, when I asked one salesman sad, it is given to SBI bank since it is a car loan.

Later my friends said, these days, they do not give the key to bank. So I went and asked the shop again. Now the salesman tells that they had already given both keys to me on the delivery day.

I do not want to waste time with the salesman who is not honest in his words. How Can i get the second key now?
