MARUTI ALTO K10
No billing

Hi

i had jast bought a car maruti alto k10 from stan autos jalandhar on 1 mar. I bought the car on csd rate and the dealer said that i will get its bill within 2weeks. now it has been almost 3months and still there is no update regarding the bill and now the dealer is saying that it will take more time i.e. 1 to 2 months more to get its bill. i canot even take the car out of station without its bill now and cannot even drive it locally. the name of the sales person is mr samuel in stan autos maruti jalandhar. pls advice what to do now?
