Faulty manufaturing defect

I have purchased a new Maruti alto k 10 from Pillai and sons Thanjavur of Tamilnadu on 27th Jan and registration no is PY O2 K 1506 IN the name of P.Venkataraman. On 12th November during the self driving travel the vehicle got struck on road after crossing the speedbreaker. The service persons informed me that the oil seal got damaged and engine got seized and the cost I have to pay is 50 000/IRS. They say the waranty and Insurance is of no use. The tragedy is the insurance is also got done by the dealer. lATER SOME OF MY SPEALIST IN MECH ENGINEERING SAY THAT THE defect is due to tech say that the manufacturing defect by using improper oil seal apprates, if my copmplaint is not redressed I will file a complaint before the consumer court.
