Reg. thirdy year warranty

I have purchased a Maruti Alto on 28.12.2008 from GT Road Dilshad Garden. The Executive Ms. Sarita charge Rs. 1700 for third year warranty. When I asked for paper for third year warranty she replies it will be come through mail. but after one year I had never received the paper for third year. Please do the need ful. /The car no. is DL-5C F 3557
