NOT YET GOT SERVICE BOOK AFTER ONE YEAR OF BYING CAR

Sir, i have bought an alto car on 20th november the dealer said that due to diwali our service book stock is over then he called us few days later. When we went once more asking for the service book he ignored us and said to come on some else day, now i want some strict action against these consumer harrasing people.
