Ratan motors service center at Govandi, Mumbai, failed to deliver the car on time and inflicted me gross inconvenience. In fact the works manager assured that all the maintenance is over and the car is ready for delivery when the painting of the car was underway. Moreover I was forced to wait there two hours and toppled all my plan. The car was actually delivered after two days.
