Inferior service of the deale

My MAruti Alto Purchased in July bought for second free service at STAR LINE MOTORS MEHSANA GUJARAT no job card work was done I sill have a problem with the quality of my tyres which shivers at high speed. visibally of far inferior quality. Despite lodging coplaint no.8091822 on 16th january no action taken. nobody is listening to plight of customers at maruti once the cars are sold.
