Maruti Alto Standard
Non Delivery of Car on commited day and date Wednesday 7/4

Dear Sir,

With due regards, it is to kindly bring to your notice that we were commited by PREM MOTORS LTD. VKI AREA, Jaipur for the delivery of Maruti ALto Standard Model on Wednesday 7th April. But to our surprise after 10-15 times of confirmation by their executives namely Mr. Bhawani Singh Mobile 8058794084, Mr. Ankit Sharma (Sales Manager), Mr. Virender Singh (Corporate Manager), GMD - Mr. Vikas Sharma and upon coming to showroom at 3pm on Wednesday 7/4 to take the car Alto Standard, after we had completed all Bank Formalities, and were at showroom we were denied the delivery saying the car is not in stock. Kindly look into the issue and tell us how we as customer without any faulty were troubled and not entertained for any reason. Inspite of all talks and discussion no solution was found and my personal resources for managing the delivery on this specific day and date were ruined which costed me personally Rs15, 000 and no compensation or solution was offered from the company. Also the company GM in clear terms said you had talked and had all deals with Mr. Bhawani so I or our company is not responsible. You can take any compensation from this Mr. Bhawani, this is something not acceptable but there seems to be Corporate BLame game where Higher management is knowingly blaming this executive person Mr. Bhawani or whatever is their internal task. I as customer feels disheartened and shocked tyo receive such bad treatment from PREM MOtors and your name as MAruti has no value if your dealers and even the General Manager are not even trustworthy. Kindly look into it and offer me the solution. This is against any corporate deals and ethics and I cannot tolerate this from Maruti. You have all rights to close their membership and authorised dealing as they are not even worthy of opening a showroom or talking to any customer.
