Delay in delivery of Vehicle

I am Pramod Shetye and have booked a car from Navnit Motors, thane dated 7th Dec order no SOB10003026 & expected time of delivery was 3 months but still ther is no positive response on receiving my car from them.

I am horrified now that after seeing this type of service from Maruti Suzuki. I do not know who is right or who is wrong, but end of the day I am the customer who is panelized due these activities.
