Poor service and bad behaviou

Today I went to Maruti Service Centre vasant Kunj to get wiper blade replacement. At first stage no one seems to be existing to attend the customer and every body seems to be busy sipping tea. Eventuallly I went to reception area and catch hold of one of Supervisor who called one technician who drove the car into workshop. A service card was prepared by one of the attended to whom I explain to attend to back light which was not functional (LHS) and to get replaced mud spoiler cover. He gave me estimate of Rs. 1100.00 which I agreed and signed the estimate form. Thereafter, they spend good 45 minutes to get replacaed two wiper blade which should not have taken more than 10 minutes. Anywary my car was then drove back to outside workshop and a bill of Rs. 623.00 was produced and not even communicating as what all is attended and what is left. When I asked about mud spoiler guard I was told you get them replaced some time later. I paid him Rs. 1000.00 and gentleman came back stating there is no change please bring a change. I again paid him Rs. 23.00 so in total 1023.00 and gentle man disappeared. Eventually I drove back from the workshop without waiting further. After 5 minutes a lady called me on my mobile and asked me to come back to take the balance money. On this I asked her to keep the money and inform your manager as what type of service you people provide to your customer and she replied back as you wish... and disconnected the phone.

The biggest surprise of my life back light lamp was not replaced!!! so merely replacing set of wiper bladed I was charged even for the back light lamp...

This is absolutely cheating the customer.
