To, The Regional Head/Customer relation Manager/ Head Consumer Cell/ Marketing Head, Maruti Suzuki India LimitedDate- 29-03Sir/Madam, Sub- Complaint against Maruti SUZUKI and Dealer (Booking ID 1117799428) I had booked a car- Maruti Swift Dzire (Silky Silver VXI) on 31-12 (Receipt No.- REC11000194, Order No.- SOB1100108, Booking cash Am Rs 10000, at Lovely Autos, Banga, Dist S B S Nagar, Punjab. I was promised to deliver the car within 2 months of booking. We visited the showroom showroomfor inquiry as 3 months already pass & they not even talk properly & informed that they do not have any stock still we need to wait for 5-6 months more.
