Maruti Authorised dealer Fitted Duplicate part in SWIFT CAR

I purchase Maruti Swift Car befor 6~7 Months Back, I ask Maruti Authorised Service Station & Dealer (Rohan Motors Greater Noida) for A Swift Digital Clock, The fit the Clock & after some time i found that Clock light is not very clear as compair the my frnd CAR .Same time i request ROHAN motors to Change the Clock, But the has only one type of Clock whick is physically different From the CLOCK from the Factory

I am continious follow with Mr. Gagan (Service Head & Mr, MP singh But they are refusing with a answer that the part is physically diff. from the original one But we have only one part from the Factory

HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE THAT MARUTI HAS TWO DIFFERENT PART NO FOR COMPANY LINE ASSEMBLY & FOR SERVICE, IT IS CLEAR EITHER DEALER IS CHEATING WITH US & FITTING DUPLICATE PART FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENT OR ITS MARUTI SERVICE FAILER WITH CUSTOMER
