Hopeless Service of Audi Gurgaon

Mr. Sanjeev Seth (Sales) of Audi Gurgaon used to Camp daily in our Office & convinced us to buy Audi A-4 Car. Our New Brand Car has run hardly 7500 Kms, it has 100% insurance coverage from Audi itself (The Highest Insurance Premium Cover we got), it went for repair of Bumper ; They took almost 20 Days ; now it comes back & we use the vehicle which starts giving sound from Wheel ; We ask them to Change Wheels ; Audi Gurgaon says it will cost INR 25000 per vehicle - We say go ahead.

Then Audi says your Car is giving Sound of some Rods etc & estimate will be another INR 4 Lakh upto INR 10 Lakh ; Whole Car has to be Opened.

Another Insurance Claim we need to Put.

We have Sat in Car for hardly much time - It has mostly visited Workshop More.

Mr. Sanjeev Seth Says - His job is " Sales" & he is not to be contacted ever if any Service Issue Comes. Now his attitude changes since he has earned his Commission on Sales.

Is this the training Audi gives to their Staff???

Our Car 7040 is lying with Mr. Nagender of Audi Gurgaon Service Centre.

We are fed up with this up & down visit of Car to Audi Gurgaon Service Station.
