Returm of advance

I booked an old car (Maruti Alto LXI) at Simran Motors, Panvel on 17th Feb and paid Rs4000/- as token money to Mr Gidwani of Simran Motors. He assured to provide a waranty of one year for old car. During transfer of ownership I asked him to give waranty in writing he refused to give in writing.

Since M/s Simran Motors could not give any waranty as promised during booking I cancelled the deal and asked him to return the token money.

He promised to returned within 10-15 days. After reapeted persue they did not return Rs 4000/- till date. Now they refused to return the money.

They promised a waranty before booking and attracted the customer. Now after getting money they are getting back. This is nothing a froud and chiting case.
