Quality of parts is very poo

Dear Sir,

I have MARUTI ALTO LXI, & I have given my car to Apra Rewari workshop for repair.

After repair, I noticed that the car roof (outer metal body) is very thin. It can’t be compared with the old one, if I will put 1 kg of weight on it, it will go down. Even the black rubber strip on both side of that roof is not good. Any one will rate this roof 1 or 2 out of 10.

This is to bring to your king knowledge that the quality is very poor; it is not satisfactory at all.

Other than this, in last 16-17 months I have received almost 20 calls for feedback form from Maruti (not from Dealer). But I have never received any feedback form & every time I noticed a wrong address in software you are using.

I will request if you can take proper action on it.
