I had complained to the MD of auzuki india about the terrible service given by the MASS.

My car had to be taken to the MASS (Maruti Authorised service station)

almost 18 times to fix simple problem like door not closing properly, water leakage from the door during normal rain.

I am sorry to state that neither the MD nor his office has the courtsey to acknowledge the mail.

Forget about doing anything about it.

I am surprised how they manage to get best service rating from J D Power.

Is D Power on sale OR does Maruti fudge the customer feedback? Anyone knows?

Please let me know what is your view, JDPower on sale or MAruti fudging forms...
