Spare parts worn out

This is to bring in to your notice that I had bought a new Swift vdi -

Reg No TN 66 C 5044 in the month of February from Jaikrishna Maruti, Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore.

My car met with a minor accident on 23rd April. I handed it over to Jaikrishna Maruti dealer for the worn out parts replacement through Insurance claim. The running km was 2000 km at that time. After continuous follow up, it took 40 days for the dealer to handover the car, and the reason stated was due to delay in claim process.

At this juncture I would like to bring in to the kind notice of the management and launch a complaint that the dealer had missed out to attend to the damages incurred to the bearing parts and the noises which was detected which resulted in damage of both the front tyres. this came to the understanding of the service engineers only during the 2 nd service due at 4500 kms.

The dealers are not admitting their fault and deny that warranty of the Bearing and tyres cannot be claimed. I absolutely fail to understand whether is that the main cause and also fail to understand whether the Bearing and tyres will worn out by itself within 4500 kms???!!

I sincerly believe in the companies standard and I request the concern team to take this issue on priority and immediately provide a possitive solution for the same... Waiting for an Immediate response from the dealer too.
