Poor Treatment to Customers on Purchase of Cars

I have booked a Maruti Ritz through Popular Automobiles, Ernakulam. Though delivery was promised within a week, the vehicle finally arrived after 10 days and the sales person was in no mood to make a sale and register the vehicle, since too many holidays were approaching. When inquired they say that they have already 40 vehicles to be registered and my vehicle will be taken up only after th holidays are over, implying 4 more days of delay. After lot of negotiation they agreed to register the vehicle prior to the holidays, but would not make the delivery since they wanted the balance payment of almost Rs 1 Lakh in cash and due to bank holidays it was not possible to withdraw cash in bulk.

After having made a life time investment I feel hurt at the third rate treatment given to meted by the sales team of a popular dealer of Maruti cars in Kerala.
