Manufacturing defects-Extremely poor after sale service

I purchased a Maruti Swift VXI car on 30.04.2010 from Delhi. The spare tyre was found to be defective I lodged a complaint with Maruti Sales & Service Divion (MSSD) Naraina, New Delhi (Maruti Suziki's) own workshop on 23.08.2010 vide job card no JC10049753. I was asked to leave the vehicle. In the evening when I collected the vehicle the problem remained same and I was asked to Cotact one Sh. Sarbjeet Singh (JK Tyres) at 9717766142 for redressal of my complaint. When contacted on 25.08.10, he was very rude and tried to humiliate me. I went back to MSSD Narairna on 26.08.10 but in vain.
I contacted Mr Dinesh Dhankar SA Grop'A', Mr Rama Shankar (Advisor) and the customer care at the workshop but no solution was in sight. Again on 29.08.10 I contacted Mr Dinesh who advised me to contact Mr Lalwani, Manager Works. He assured to solve the problem and asked me to again leave the vehicle at MSSD.
As I did not agree to leave the vehicle for unknown period, I left the defective spare tyre with its ream with MSSD on 30.08.10 under acknowledgement signed by Mr Lalwani himself. Its eight days now, everyday I contact Mr Lawani for returning my tyre and he always has one or the other excuse. Maruti's own service centre is befooling customers and no one is available to listen to the problem of customer.
The problem is persisting from day one. Maruti 's behaviour and service can be adjudged from this incident. It’s a caution for Maruti car owners simultaneously an appeal to the management that how the brand equity is being put to stake by the callous attitude of its officers at MSSD Naraina, New Delhi Will Maruti replace the defective parts (Tyre), in warranty period? God knows.
