I have booked a swift dzire VDI with Pathankot Vehiclades Pvt Ltd on 11 Oct and paid Rs.5000/- as advance. At the time of booking, I was told that the car will be delivered to me within five months. I am going to complete six months soon but the car dealer is in no mood to give me car even now. I am serving in the Army and gota special sanction from Army HQ to purchase car through CSD. The validity of special sanction is for 45 days only. Inspite of my repeated requests to GM and Dy GM of Vehiclades Pathankot, no response is forthcoming. May I request the top mangement of Maruti Udyog to help a serving Army Officer to get car of his choice at the earliest. I ama loyal customer of Maruti and I purchased maruti 800, my first car, in 1996. Swift Dzire is going to be my second car and I am eagerly waiting for the same. Please help.
